Original Sokos Hotel Arina's meeting rooms are located on the 4th floor of the Valkea Shopping Centre. For creative meetings we offer innovative, diverse and energizing themed rooms, where functionality and a feel-good atmosphere are emphasized. We also have 3 more traditional meeting rooms. The rooms range in size from 6 to 150 people in classroom format and up to 250 people in the largest room in theatre format.

The meeting rooms are located in the building next to the hotel in the Valkea Shopping Centre, and the fourth floor can be accessed directly by lift from the parking area Kivisydämä or Valkea's Summer Street. There is also an escalator to the conference floor. During the break and after the meeting, you can take a stroll along Kesäkatu and do some shopping in Valkea. Each meeting room has a window and we always have a hostess on site to help with the arrangements.

The downstairs of Restaurant Amarillo, the nightclub attached to the hotel, has recently been renovated and looks better than ever. You can't get more centrally located than this, and you can do both the pre-cruise and the onward journey at the same time. The nightclub is the perfect place for a relaxed cocktail party or corporate event. The space has a stunning sound system and versatile lighting, as well as a projector and video projector.

The Frans & Camille Bistro, which is attached to the hotel, has three cabinets that you can book. Mon Ami, Mon Harmonie and Mon Plaisir are suitable for both weekend parties and everyday meetings for 2-12 people. All the cabins are well-equipped for any occasion.

Restaurant Veranta is the beautiful chameleon of Original Sokos Hotel Arina. In the mornings the space serves the hotel's breakfast guests, during the day it is set for a conference lunch and in the evenings it is transformed for private parties and meetings. The delightful 47-seat patio is decorated according to the season.
